The Lady Cubs concluded their season last Friday (May 2) in the South Coast Conference Tournament held at Pasadena City College’s Hutto-Patterson Gymnasium. LA City’s top three players - Madison Tarr, Magdalena Rogosz and Yazmeen Townsend – each won a singles match but failed to qualify for the State Championships being hosted this weekend at Skyline College (San Bruno, Calif.).
